desitini is an energetic, adventurous soul and it shines through when she’s teaching on the mat. she is a former WSU track athlete and an exercise science grad, so she comes with a lot of knowledge on the physical aspects and benefits of yoga. this practice was a huge part of her stress relief, strength training, and injury prevention! she is passionate about improving the health and wellness of her community, and LOVES yoga because it is something that anyone can do at any stage of life. teaching yoga has always been a dream of hers!
when destini is not on the yoga mat, you can catch her traveling in her refurbished school bus with her husband, spending time with friends & family, and leading Younglife.

theresa is a passionate and motivating teacher. she is serious about the personal work that she puts in, making her someone that you easily want to learn from. she’ll never make you do something she wouldn’t do (bye burpees!) she has a very straight-froward, no-frills type of teaching style and really values you pushing yourself in every workout and embracing failure. theresa will help you see what your body is capable of and encourage you to never stop competing against yourself. everyone has a different starting point, different goals, and different skills, so when you think about it, it really doesn’t make sense to compare yourself to anyone else. theresa will help you establish your goals and push you in every single workout to help accomplish those goals (even on rest days!) you’ll be amazed by the progress you see in a week, month, even a year.
when theresa is not motivating us to lift weights, she enjoys hanging out with her friends and family. her and her husband, brendan, have the sweetest dog, Leo, and a bunch of chickens! if you ever need fresh eggs, you know who to call! her and brendan are also scuba diving certified and hope to hit all the major diving spots in their lifetime.
