hannah willis, founder

yoga, fitness, and breathwork certified, hannah has been teaching for 5+ years and has thousands of hours of in-person teaching that guide her helpful cues in the online setting. like many members have said, taking hannah’s class is just like “working out with your best friend".

“it’s my goal to help you find JOY in movement! I take pride in programming classes each week that are fun, challenging, and effective for your long-term health. I want to help you stay strong so that you can keep doing the things you love for as long as you’re able. I’m honored to guide you along your unique journey. see you on the mat!” - hannah

when she’s not on the mat, you can find hannah spending time with her family and friends, basking in every ounce of sun possible (sorry dermatologists!), trying out new local restaurants, finding local hiking/walking spots, or reading a good book.
